Claudia Oprescu – HR & Talent Development Manager
Claudia has built her expertise in the area of employee and organisational culture, during more than 10 years of work in corporations and doctoral studies . Recent research looks at employee engagement and enterprise social networks. She is currently focusing on the application of behavioural science to HR. Prior to joining Brand Trainers, she researched 5 years at University Politehnica Bucharest and worked more than 10 years in production and oil and gas corporations.
